Tommy Vinegar is an ex-boyfriend of Pickles when she lived in the Hills.
She taught him how to be cool, and then he left her and became famous with his fashion line. He is a spoof of the fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. He bought Pickles' new cologne, titled Jambon.
